Watching x-factor USA season 1 i and my brother became big fans of 3rd place finisher and finalist Chris Rene @ Christopher "Chris" Rene (born December 25, 1982) who is an American singer-songwriter, musician and producer from Santa Cruz, California.
And during my 3 month break i decided to try my hand at shoe designing... Not wanting to waste money, i used my old school shoes which sadly to say has a hole at the bottom to accomplish my feat for the first time.
First sketch done with 2B pencils
black coloured applied with permanent marker
blue colour applied with paint and permanent marker
red dot on the C is with acrylic paint
i didn't want to wash the shoe to symbolise where he came from and the colour to symbolise what he is now
Mind you this is the first time i am doing it and i'm not a professional...only a hobbist

ps..shoe ment for show not for wear...thats why i was not so bother with what media i was going to use...
